Parenting Neurodiverse Children
A Somatic Approach to Parenting
Parenting a neurodiverse child can be both beautiful and overwhelming. Somatic work helps parents understand their own nervous systems so they can co-regulate and connect with their children more effectively. This approach centers on safety, compassion, and realistic strategies for family balance.

Sessions are supportive, paced, and centered on the unique rhythms of each family.
