  1. How quickly will you respond to me?

Responses are typically provided within 3-5 business days. Current clients may reach out via JaneApp, email, or text message.

  2. What if I need help right now and you aren't responding?

  3. What type of payment modes do you accept?

Payment may be made by E-transfer and credit card payments (via Stripe). Billing accepted through First Nations Health Authority (status card required), Medavie Blue Cross, Pacific Blue Cross, and Telus Health.

  4. What are your hourly rates?

The fee for a 50-minute session is $150, and a 30-minute check-in is $75.

  5. What if I can't afford the session fee?

Sliding-scale options or shorter sessions are available upon request to improve accessibility.

  6. Where is your office?

Operating in Kamloops, BC, on the unceded territory of the Tk'emlúps te Secwépemc Nation. Sessions are offered online (video or phone) and in-person by request. Walk-and-talk sessions and meetings in comfortable community settings are also available where appropriate.
