Neurodivergent Support
What is Neurodivergent-Affirming Support?
This space is for neurodivergent clients—including those with ADHD, autism, and sensory processing differences—who want therapy that affirms, not fixes, their ways of being. Together we explore nervous system regulation, communication needs, and self-advocacy, empowering you to be intentional with when and where you are able to safely unmask.

The approach is PDA-informed, trauma-sensitive, and consent-based, valuing autonomy and self-understanding.
