My Approach
I am training in Somatic Experiencing which informs much of my work. I also draw on tools from other modalities including narrative therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, and person-centered.
I select the approach for each client based on their needs, what they have tried before, and what they identify as useful to them.
About me

3.
